I know that, but I've search about the solution and the results is differ.

anyway, seems the "poor man's DNS" will solve this issue. (an /etc/hosts entry...)

It is NOT a solution because that deals with error ins-06101, while yours you reported to be INS-20802. That is why the results 'differ'.
