MP3 player from the command line?

I use SSH to work on my linux box so I never load the gui, and I never touch the acutal box its self.

Can I setup something so that my mp3's play through the linux machines sound card and are stored on the linux box, but I can change the songs and volume from the command line throuhg SSH?

mplayer or mpg123 will do you fine.

If you want something more graphical, then try mp3blaster.

You will find others with a simple search at Freshmeat.net.
