I've got myself one of the above Mp3 players, and i'm trying to work out how to mount it. It's supposed to act as an external hard drive, so far as the PC's concerned.
The problem i'm coming accross is working out what it's called, i.e. what to put as the first path in the mount command.

I've read that it'll show up as a scsi device, but the only mention in dmesg of a scsi device is my sata hard drive.

Where else should i be looking? The player's registered the connection to the computer.
Every solution i've found on Google says that dmesg should say where it is.

Er, ignore that.

Restarted, shows up on dmesg now.

Should have thought of that before hitting 'post thread'...
