loadin a driver during installation (UL1.0 SPŁ)

I'm try to install SLES8 (ul1.0 SP3) on a server blade bl20p G3. During the startup from installation CD1 (SLES8 or UL10 CD1) system does not recognize hard disk (not hard disk Found).

I found in HP web the right driver (cpq_cpqarray-2.4.26-unitedlinux.dd).
I create a driver update diskette with rawutility and i try to load media with a usb floppy , but when i select manual installation during new driver selection i obtained no floppy disk found.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?.

What HDD do you use?
If it's a SCSI, you might need to load an additional driver.
