Linux not showing up as boot option

I am currently typing this in Windows 10. I just installed Arch Linux on my computer. When I boot up my computer, it won't show up, even if I open up the boot menu. I'm pretty sure I installed GRUB right. There's this weird thing on my computer though where there is a "/dev/sda" with ~250GB of data and a "/dev/sdb" with ~2TB. Windows was installed by default in "/dev/sda", so I installed Arch into "/dev/sdb". Could that have caused a problem, and how do I fix it? Also, I have an Intel CPU, if that affects anything.

for installing Arch you might want to do a few things

First i would read "the beginners guide " then "the arch way"

then read the install guide

next

REREAD all that an take notes on paper with a #2 pencil
-- yes paper and pencil

next

reread the guides AGAIN and FIX the mistakes you made in the "install outline" you are making on the pad of paper

then

while re-re-reading the install guide
flesh out your personal install guide

-- if this sounds like a Term paper -- it is !!!

then fallow your guide and install arch

Did you install Grub to the MBR?

If you did all you most likely need to do is update Grub and the next reboot you should have Windows and Arch in the Grub Menu giving you the option to choose which os you want to boot.

I've never ran Arch so I can't tell you how to update Grub; sorry. See post #4 in this thread: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=111810
