linux-cygwin

I have some problems with running linux from windows. I use cygwin and I want to run a fortran program. There is an error saying that permission is denied for some files.

The error sounds like:

"cp: cannot open 'Inputfile.dat' for reading: Permission denied

Have you checked the permissions on Inputfile.dat?
