exim4 is in Cygwin 32 but not Cygwin 64 - is it an oversight or otherwise?
Though I am new to this forum, I have used Linux since Corel put a package on the market many years ago and I normally load Cygwin as a matter our course on any PC with which I work or any PC I own. That being said, I spent a couple of days trying to figure out why I could not find exim4 after downloading Cygwin 64 (always downloaded Cygwin 32 in the past). Finally downloaded Cygwin 32 and VOILA! - exim4 was there in the mail category. However, I am curious. While there may have been a technical reason to omit exim4 in the 64-bit Cygwin setup, can we look forward to seeing it there in future? And as I load the 64-bit version on other systems, am I liable to have new surprises regarding omitted programs? Is there, perhaps, a table online somewhere that indicates what programs are available in each version? And lastly, since I get exim4 in the 32-bit version, can I copy it over to the bin directory under the 64-bit version and expect it to work properly?

Reason: I read it again and thought some clarification was needed
