Distribution: Switched to regualr Ubuntu, because I don't like KDE4, at all. Looks like vista on crack.....

What distro and desktop are you using ? When asking for help on a linux forum, you should include as much information as possible, to help the people trying to help you. More is better than less.
i want to install only konqueror browser, so i downloaded kdebase4.0 and kdelibs4.0,and qt-x11-opensource-src-4.3.3.tar.gz
using this files can i install konqueror browser,is that possible,can any tell me how to install only konqueror browser
i am using fc7, and gnome desktop

The simplest way to install konqueror would be to use yum. I'm pretty sure konqueror would have a million dependencies that yum will sort out for you....
I don't think I would use kdebase4 in any event. Even the kde developers say that kde4 isn't ready for prime time. It needs a little work yet, go with kde3 based stuff for now.
thanks for ur reply,i want to install konqueror browser from source ,so i searched and found that to run konqueror browser we need kdebase,kdelibs and qt-x11-opensource-src-4.3.3,using this can i install konqueror browser,can u help me ,actually i am using gnome desktop and fc7.
I've never installed KDE or konqueror from source (or I have but portage has done the job for me ), but you have to compile those packages in order qt -> kdelibs -> kdebase
By the way, is there a specific reason why you wan't to compile the packages by hand?
The konqueror will work if the compile is successfull. You can install the libraries and others to your home folder by giving the "prefix" parameter to configure script in the sources:
