may be it's the problem from vmware workstation.
here is the similar problem

but another question is how to chang the buslogic to lsilogic.
I find the the answer from

but this is only for the wiondows not for linux
so what can I do?

acpi

Believe me it is there in the bios. It governs power saving but suffers from there being little by the way of industry standards. On the grub start up set, apm=off acpi=off and see if that helps.
