when i type "chroot /mnt/sysimage/"
it's replays :no such file or directory .
because in the rescue mode when I trying to mount the sys under /mnt/sysimage
the error come up :
"you don't have any Linux partitions .press return to get a shell the system will reboot automatically when you exit from the shell ."

can you tell me something that you have vmware vitual machine running what. its running on windows, or Linux.because it looks like that you have some problem with the partitions or may be there are no partitions at all.

this virtual machine is called serverA
I created serverA by CLONEZILLA.
the promblem is when i created another virtual machine (ServerB and used IDE hard disk),it can work.

boot not

What do you mean by 'linuxserver'?
Try turning the ACPI off either in the bios (simplest) or at the start of Grub.
