Kasablanca ftp program questions

Does anyone know how to save your ftp settings? For example, ftp.mysite.com, username, and password. I'm sick of having to type it in each time. Also, does anyone know how to change file permissions with Kasablanca?

under the menu option Bookmarks you can add a new bookmark an use that for faster access by selecting it for either side from the connect menu.

As far as I can tell, kasablanca doesnt have permission changing capapbilities.. Too bad, for otherwise it might be a good client.

If you needa reliable GUI ftp client, I suggest gftp

it is the best client i found...
to change permissions type
site chmod 0755 filename
into the text field below the directory listing
(or whatever permissions should be)

gftp is nice too but it doesnt support tls encryption unfortunately (as far as i know).

Thanks for the replies. Gftp is better suited for what I'm doing.
