SFTP PRoblems with Kasablanca
Hi all,
I'm relatively new to Linux, and I'm working towards the day when I can shut my Windows machine off for good. One of the last things holding me up is that I administer a web site which requires sftp. So far I've used CuteFTP Pro on my Windows box to do the uploads/downloads. I'd like to shift this duty to my Suse 9.1 Personal box. After some research, I downloaded and installed Kasablanca ver. 0.4.0.1.
So far, I have not been able to get Kasablanca to successfully login to the remote server. The status bar at the bottom of the screen says that the site is busy, and then it times out. I've played with the encryption levels, but to no avail. I understand that Level 3 is required for sftp, so that's what I'm using. I know that there is no problem at the other end, as I can quickly log in from the Windows box.
Does anyone have experience with this package enough to give me some advice?
Thanks!
