How do I update Adobe Flash Player to version 32.0.0.223 in Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon?

Linux Mint 17 reached it's end of life in April of 2019.

I recommend a fresh installation of Linux Mint 19.1.

Adobe will stop making it at the end of next year. If I were you I would stop using it altogether.

Also, starting from version 76 Chrome disabled it by default.

As far as I know chrome uses pepper flash, not the npapi one.
