Thanx I'll try it out right away... what about the moniter section?

Just use the file I posted in post #11 with the cards section changed to what I just posted for them.

It didn't work..... I loged in as root, changed the file saved it and restarted.. still only the matrox card works and now when I go to display settings the computer locks up.....

alright it works... beautiful... however when I first got it working for some reson there were three taskbars one on top of the next on the center moniter... I got rid of the extras but was there supposed to be one on each moniter or was the three just a coinsidence

Good to hear it is working there should have only been the one on each not sure where the extras would come from.
