Help With wireless!!!

Hey,
My network runs on all wireless. The adapter i use is a Usb Belkin wireless adapter, and the drivers do not support Linux...(I am on XP now...)
I run vidalinux1.1 (the free one) and am trying to get it to work. Any ideas?
And would it be able to run an encryption key, because that is what I use. the model number of the adapter is ver.1212 Any one have ideas?

Use the ndiswrapper and windows driver. That seems to have a 90% or higher success rate.
