I used to have a 550 DSP Plantronics headset on my FC4 machine and it works perfectly fine. Just recently i purchased 750 DSP plantronics headset and i cannot make the microphone work. I also tried another Plantronics model and it pause the same problem. I tried borrowing another 550 DSP the model that I used to have and it is working perfectly fine. I cannot purchased the same model anymore because they stop producing DSP 550 model. I already bought two new Plantronics headset but both of them pause the same problem in the micropone. I need this working really bad. Please help me out!!
Also, test the equipment on another computer where you know that USB headsets are proven to work just to make sure it's not a hardware problem (which is admittedly unlikely, but well to rule out).
