Headset w/ mic for Telephony

Want to buy a headset w/mic that has two audio plugs for plugging into mic an line out on
my computer for telephony . Where can I buy, please don't just throw a place like the Chinese
food market unless your sure they have them, i wouldn't do that to you.
Or a better ideal for hooking telephony up to my computer, Got a free telephony service
as shown on Linuxtoday.
