FTP help!

Im trying to setup a FTP server and was wounder how do you make it so you can open it in a web browser and download files that way?

Any help would be nice

ps: any good programs that can do that for me!

That is a function of the web browser itself should it be supported. Perhaps you are meaning anonymous access? What ftp server are you using?
