If you mean, can i access an ftp server through a webpage, the answer has allways been YES!!!! Both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator can both access FTP. Instead of using
http://www.google.com you would use
ftp://user@192.168.1.1:81 or somthing to that effect.
If it's the ftp server you are asking about, most linux distributions have an ftp server built in. It's usually just a case of turning it on.
I run slackware, and proftpd is there by default.
