Cups and samba printing problem

Hi all,
I have a problem if i print a job from lpd client to cups server. Printout coming like this :
something .............
something .....................
something .....................
something .....................

i think its may be filter problem. If i print it from cups server, its printing fine.
And also i want to include banner(username, date , .....) in printing page. How i can do it in cups server.

could anyone please find solution how to apply proper filter for printing jobs and also banners.

thanks in advance.
