Can't burn Linux Mandriva 2006 to CD's, please help!

Hello all.
For a couple of days, I've been trying to burn 64bit Mandriva 2006 to CDROM (and all 3 on CD) but they wont boot when I restart my computer for installation. I've been using Nero 7 trial, and I've tryed burning the ISO's to Regular data cd/dvd's, and bootable data cd/dvd. None have worked so far. I've burned Mandrake 10.1 about a year ago on a different program, I forget which.

Anyway, I'm not able to get mandriva 2006 to burn onto CD's for me to install it. Any help would be much appreciated!

make sure nero isn't burning faster than 8 (4 is best).
(If you already have a version of mandrivia or other linux installed, then try burning the iso to CD with cdrecord.)

Once a cd is burned, mount it. Also try a checksum.

Try to boot from the CD - how far does the boot process get before it stops? What was the last message? Any error messages? Or does the thing just spin and do nothing?

This may seem obvious, but have you checked your BIOS to insure that it is set to allow boot from CD?
