Best Performance Monitor Utilities?


I have two IDE hard drives that I am using in my Linux desktop. Since I am new to Linux I would like to know what are the best performance monitor utilites I can use to troubleshoot any hard drive issues?

gkrellm is great for performance monitoring. It lets you monitor almost anything you want.
