how to monitor server performance


hi

i have installed oracle9i on solaris platform & now i want to monitor server performace with respect to oracle .

Is there any command to view all process related info ?.....

plz help.

Hi:

Try the following:

ps -ef or /usr/ucb/ps -auwx. The second gives you the breakdown of the processes
regarding ram and cpu utilization.

You can also try prstat or if you have a gui, sdtprocess

You may also want to try the SE Toolkit's zoom.se command, and others.
