ati tv tunner fuzzy

On suse my ati tv tunner running kdetv the picture is fuzzy. is there something i need to do or is another viewer programe better. it works but it is just a bad picture

It shouldn't be fuzzy. Perhaps the cable your using is bad or not fully plugged in. If you have
the cable close to other cables (particularly power cables) then it's possible that it's picking
up some interference. It shouldn't be, but it's possible.
