Screen is fuzzy...

Hi I just installed Redhat 9 and my LCD monitor is all fuzzy! It says that the kHz for the monitor is out of range? Any ideas...

I should mention that when I was installing Redhat 9 it found my model of monitor in the list and had the refresh rates listed but I guess the default ones were out of range!

So now after the install it rebooted the machine and the screen is now barely readable?
