Actiontec Home DSL USB modem/SuSE 8.1


Anybody know where I can get a driver for this modem. The link light will not come on and the device is seen as "TI unknown device" in the hardware list.

Yes, a lot. Also checked SuSE, Actiontec and modemdrivers.com

Can't find any linux support for this device, which is unfortunate as it's all I've got for net connection.

Only USB DSL modem install advice I can find is for the Alcatel Speedtouch.

Then it may not be supported, you'd have to ask around... I had a similar problem with my ADSL modem
