Turning a bridge into a hub

The Linux bridges (e.g. xenbr0 as used under Xen) behave like a switch, i.e. two VMs can't see each others traffic. However, I'd like them to, so basically I'd like to turn the bridge into a hub. Is there some way of doing that?

(Another way would be if the bridge supported the notion of a monitor port, but I haven't found any indication that it does.)
