Trouble with ISP name resolution

Hi, I have a Redhat 9 system setup with Evolution as my email client. Everything was working fine for a couple days, now all of a sudden, I cant get email (Pop3) nor can I get to any site from my service provider. For example, I can get to yahoo.com, msn.com no problems..when I goto centurytel.net (which is my ISP) it times out. My email server is mail.gl.centurytel.net and that times out as well. All other internet sites are working fine. I have a netgear dsl router which is setup as a dhcp server and all my Windows clients can get to centurytel sites with no problem, so there must be some dns issue with the Redhat box. Anyone have any ideas on this one? Im pulling my hair out trying to figure it out!

Thanks!

Tom

try this

Just ask the DNS server ip of your service provider and add that IP in your /etc/resolve.conf file.
