tor transproxy

I would like to see an example configuration for transproxy supposed to use a local tor for lan 192.168.1.0/24 on a gateway.I don't want programs like wget apt-get to be proxied.I only need it for browsing and i'm already using firefox with the FoxyProxy extension directly to tor without privoxy !
Because i'm browsing succefully anonymized the transproxy would be necessary only if it is a caching proxy speeding more up my browsing ....
