Don't title your threads as urgent, it is NOT urgent to us! Many of us put in a fair chuck of our own time on here helping others who are considerably more respectful that yourself. So why should we all jump to attention when you, with only one post tell us that your problem is urgent?
For fscks sake use Google! I just typed "video conferencing linux" in and got heaps of very relevant references.
