OpenAFS Problems!

i use Fedora 4, Heimdal Kerberos.I installed OpenAFS 2.4.0 and I have the following problems:
1) although i can kinit, aklog reports unkown RPC error. I searched the krb5.h and i found that this error occurs when the KDC is not reached!
2) i added admin to the AFS users using the following commands:
bos adduser mycell admin -cell host -noauth
pts createuser -name admin -cell mycell –noauth
pts adduser admin system:administrators -cell mycell –noauth
pts membership admin -cell mycell –noauth
but i can't klog admin because i got password prompt and i didn't enter any password for admin.
3) i setup a client and i found /afs/mycell but i got the error "No Such device" when i tried to cd to /afs/mycell
these may be trivial questions but i'm new to OpenAFS so i hope you can help...
thanks
