Question network card problem

hi friends,
i have installed REDHAT centos on my server.i have connected 2 network cards in the server and configured them properly.but when by some means i restarted the network service then network card detected as eth0 doesn't give any problem but eth1 gives error as
"eth1: Tx timeout- resetting".
Will you please help me to solve this problem?

OK: CentOS is RHEL by another name - but use the other name. CentOS is neither maintained nor branded by RedHat.

Which remains to be seen - how were they configured?

Well... try again and dmesg | tail or so... if you are getting errors like:
Code:
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth1: transmit timed out
eth1: Tx timeout! Resetting card. ALLOCFID=01f7, TXCOMPLFID=01e3,
EVSTAT=808b
... spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7.
... then you're not receiving interrupts from the card. This would be due to some misconfiguration or problem with the PCI subsystem, or with system interrupt routing.
