Angry Network Card Problem

Hello
I am running Linux 7.2 with a Realtek 8139 network card.
The card seems to be recognized, I can ping myself under 192.168.0.2. However, I cannot ping anybody else in my flat, and the hub shows loads of activity for my network card, even when I remove the module from the kernel.

The network works perfectly fine under windows.

I am using the 8139too module, and will try the rtl8139 module tonite (I have just downloaded it, going to compile it)

What can I do?

Check your firewall.
