Unfortunately, I don't know much about Konqueror, or even what distribution it runs on. Would you be willing to use the command line? The way I add Win2K shares to Linux is by using the smbmount command.
For example, say you have a drive share on Windows named "windata", and the machine name is "winxp1" You connect your Linux box by doing the following:
Make an empty directory somewhere as root, such as:
/winbox
Use the smbmount command:
smbmount //winxp1/windata /winbox -o rw,username=<user>
There are many many options, which you may need to use, such as options to enter a username and password. Those are placed in a comma separated list after the '-o' switch. Type 'man smbmount' for more options.
There are ways to make it so that you automatically mount shares from other machines on demand (automount) or on boot (fstab) but I won't go into that.
I'm not very good at this stuff anyway. I probably have my syntax all messed up. Good Luck!
