Help requred with Win2k Brower over Linux network

I can FTP and Telnet to my linux box fine from my windows machine. However i cannot use Internet Explorer at all. No matter what i try i am unable to get it to work.

Windows machine connects to Linux Machine over a LAN, and the Linux box connect to the internet via USB Cable Modem.

I can access the Internet fins on the linux box.

Any suggestions ?

You will need to configure NAT and enable ip forwarding.

http://www.netfilter.org/documentation/

will help you with iptables.

to enable ip forwarding, edit /etc/sysctl.conf and set

net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
