i need a pxe boot disk for a Netgear FA411 network card...


i've been trying to do this for quite a while...but, i need a boot disk that can boot, launch pxe, and use the Netgear FA411 PCMCIA card...i googled around and found that it has an ASIX chipset, but i dont know which one...if u can tell me how to get the exact chipset model, i will

First see which n/w card driver your card requires (in linux of course) after that you can download a custom PXE boot image from here

well, i dont know how to find the driver. i can boot up knoppix, and it loads it, so if theres a command i can do to list the driver for it, please tell me...even though i doubt it will be on the site, since its made by asix and nothing in the list starts with asix...but ya never know lol...it might be using a generic one or something O.o
