ftp


How do I restrict ftp so a user can only browse their home directory? I'm on slackware 10.

make their home directory the root directory of the ftp account...

hmm.. that one I don't know.. I don't use FTP... I would say to read the documentation on whatever FTP server you're using... but *assume* you have done that...right???

that would be the first step, read the man page for it.. and if still can't figure it out.. google for something like "root directories for <your ftp software>"
