Changing domain name


What file do I have to edit to change my computer's domain name?

HOSTNAME=yourhost
in:
/etc/sysconfig/network

The answers to this question depends on what your after.

If you mean to change your hostname then the previous answers will help.
If you on the other hand looks for a way to handle your DNS domain name then it won't help. Same goes if your working with NIS, probably you aren't.

If the previous answer didn't help you will have to be a bit more specific in your question.
