Cool change IP problem

Friends ,

I have to change my IP address of my Mail sevrer . Let I am using IP for
my mail server 202.59.136.8 and domain "example.com"and Now I want to use a different block of
IP 203.59.167.6 and also I am using same("example.com" domain.. But in this moment I get a question and that is ,When I have to change my IP then it takes some time to announce and for routing . During this moment perhaps I don't get the mail into the desired server . Plz give me a solution , How can I get all my mail into new server so that no mail are not to be destroyed or lost .Here I mention that , I dont use not more than 1 server for this purpose .

Sounds like a DNS propagation issue. You can lower the TTL on the DNS server provided that you maintain these settings (and hopefully you do). I would lower the DNS refresh to 300sec instead of the default (24 hours or 86400 seconds I believe).

If you don't have this control, there's really no way to circumvent the time it takes to propagate.
