The problem for change Netcard!


Yesterday I changed my netcard,My old card is reltek 8139c,Used 8139too module.When I changed the netcard,my fc4 found the new card and It work fine,But when I shutdown the Linux,at shutdown the network,that's show me a fail:the eth0 have difficult MAC address...,then the eth0 device can't shutdown!!
I find so many scipts to the MAC address,but I find nothing.
Somebody know this?thx a lot!

Change the PCI slot of this new lan card, put this lan card on other PCI slot & then restart.
