Cablemodem IP MASQ not working!

Finally... I got a cablemodem... Problem I can't get it to work from clients with an RH6.2 (IPChains) MASQ-server w/ 2 NICs after I connect (using PPPd and PPPOE).

Pings to/from client to MASQ LAN side works fine.
Pings from the MASQ-Server LAN side to the IP of the NIC that physically connects to the cablemodem works fine.

Then I issue the connect for PPPd (using pppd pty 'pppoe -I eth0')
This executes the (STRONG) /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall from the IP-MASQ-HOWTO.
After that Pings to/from client to MASQ LAN side fails.
Pings to client from MASQ-server LAN fails with Send To error (Operation not supported).

I can surf on the MASQ-server fine, but I can't surf from the clients.

Anyone notice something in peticular I'm missing? Ideas? Help?

Clients (are machines) on a LAN with a hub that one of the NICs in the server is also connected to, while another NIC in the server is (SUPPOSED TO) MASQ them to the Internet.

Server is dialing in to my ISP via the Cablemodem.

PPPoE because my ISP provides service through PPPoE.
