booting problem

iam using grub with dual booting. When i select windows 2000 i am getting an error

rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chaninloader +1
NTLDR IS MISSING

HOW DO I SOLVE THE PROBLEM

MY grub.conf is below

# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You do not have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /, eg.
# root (hd0,2)
# kernel /boot/vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/hda3
# initrd /boot/initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/hda
default=1
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,2)/boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz
title Red Hat Linux (2.4.20-8)
root (hd0,2)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.4.20-8 ro root=LABEL=/ hdd=ide-scsi
initrd /boot/initrd-2.4.20-8.img
title windows2000
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1

please give me solution

the problem is that NTLDR which is the Windows loader is missing from ur boot drive which in most of the cases is C:/
Either use a recovery/Emergency disk to copy the file or install windows again.Later one is a bad option but its possibilty cant be ignored.
thnx

Sorry that I'm a little late. Use the recovery console and the fixboot command. Rabeea is right, if it tells you that NTLDR is missing, it is a problem from within the Windows partition, not GRUB. Please post again if you have any more trouble.
