Apache 2.0 proxy not caching pages

I am running Zope (with Plone) server on a server. I want to use Apache on the same sever to proxy and cache pages. I got this set up to work on a Slackware server and it works great.

I have a Fedora (core 4) server running and cannot get the pages to cache. The proxy feature works great. My httpd.conf looks like this (I cleaned it up):

When I do a wget -sS I get this, not showing a X-Cache.

I got it to work. Seems like selinux was blocking it, so I disables selinux and it caches pages.
