There is a ton of information about this already on the Internet. What have you tried?

Please be aware that we aren't on your 'team'; we volunteer our time here.

And you need to read the "Question Guidelines", since doing basic research should be done BEFORE posting a question. As dc.901 stated, there is a good bit of easily-found information related to your message. Further, since you don't give us ANY details at all past tomcat7 (version/distro of Linux? New installation? Real/virtual system? New install? Update? ANYTHING???), there's little we can tell you.

Have you read the documentation?
https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0...alm-howto.html

..or searched for the error?
