installation of Apace web server

Can any one help me with installation of Apace web server over my Linux Redhat 9.3 server. Remember i can only use ssh client to install any thing on that.

Another thing It will be very easy for me if its in a simple langauge as I'm a newbie to linux and just started.

ANY help will welcomed and thanx in advance for helping me

whats wrong with wgetting the rpm and doing an install?
