ehternet fun with mandrake

Alright I'm running mandrake 9.1 and I'm trying to get my xircom pcmcia card to work with it...and for that matter my sound card too. but I'm really trying to get the ethernet card werking.
I just loaded linux the toher day so I'm not super familliar with it yet. I tried the xircom website and they haven't released linux drivers, but I've been told they're out there.
Can anyone help me out?
thx
