cpufreq speed

I have a Vaio sve14135cxb with i5 3230 processor. The normal clock speed is supposed to be 2.6g but it's supposed to burst up to 3.2g. Should I see that in cpufreq-info? Currently I see only the 2.6g.

Reading I think I learned my answer, cpufreq controls the stepping not the boost. Now my question is will my processor boost or do I need to install another utility?
