cpufreq not supported

hey guyz, ok i just installed linux 10.3 and during my first login it showed the error message> cpufreq not supported; that is after completing the installation which i find a bit strange!? mine is a pentium D processor 2.8ghz any advice?
there is also another problem with my onboard graphics driver (ati x200) it is not listed under support and drivers on their website (unless am looking at the wrong place). can i use another driver e.g x300 or what?

Is this a laptop ?

If its not a laptop I would not worry about CPUFREQ its probably just compiled into the kernel for your distro but not needed.

As for your driver you may need to get the one from ati website.
