ACPI problem with Sis650 chipset on Umax575T-Clevo27D notebook

Hi all,
I am unable to properly configure ACPI on my Umax 575T notebook (sold in US as Clevo 27D, I think). I am using Mandrake 10.0 with 2.6.3 kernel. Dmsg shows that several ACPI features are supported but I am only able to see CPU temp and batery monitor and I can't get suspend-to disk, suspend-to-RAM and CPU throtling working. Problem is somewhere in acpid configuration (at least I suspect it ) but i can't figure out how to configure it.
Any help would be really appretiated, I'm still newbie

here's my dmesg info about ACPI:

How are you trying to do this? Did you look at the files in /sys and /proc (some are used for checking and entering these states)
