Acer Aspire E 15 Configuration

Hi to all users
New to Acer laptop add new printer in kde Kubuntu
Brother Printer 130c
Have printer working with usb cable connected to Laptop no problem

Add new printer to Acer and configuration unable to locate Aspire
Description I need details
Location I need details
Connection I need details
These have to be correct
Have tried to have Aspire print wirerless so would appreciate some information inorder to print

What model of printer?
Did you connect the printer to network?

Brother DCP130c not wireless but connected to broadband fibre wireless modem Huawei
Notebook Acer E 15
Since I posted request help with configuration as listed above
I find that sudo command not found to install DCP130c into ACER
sudo is in synaptic I checked
searched for how to regain sudo command use.

That is the situation
